First IC Bank has merged with Metro City Bank!
While the two banks have officially merged as of the end of business on December 1, 2025, First IC Bank and its branches will continue to operate independently, as usual, while both banks work toward integrating systems and operations into Metro City Bank through the conversion scheduled for February 6 -9, 2026. Outside of the change in ownership, both banks will continue with business as usual, and your First IC Bank team of local bankers will continue to be here to serve you during and after the transition.
